Our Salesman “Q” was very personable and very easy to work with and he he was a very good listener..The sales manager and financial manager also were very helpful..
This dealership truly felt like a neutral party. Any other time we have been car shopping, it feels like we're being forced in a specific direction and urged to make a decision. This was not the case at Byers. We were taken care of, shown our options and were able to work and find solutions that benefited both parties involved.
Byers is very easy to deal with. Service department was nice and friendly. Oil change and tire rotation went by quickly.
I showed interest in the white Ford Explorer on line. Within five minutes Kyle called me he was very professional and kind and not overwhelming in any way. We set up an appointment for the next day. Kyle greeted me and my father with a warm smile he was able to make it so easy for me to get approved in less than an hour. Kyle answered all our questions and was very professional. Marc was very informative and helpful as well. I was very impressed with this dealership and will recommend to family and friends.
