Everyone at Byer’s Toyota was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. The finance process was very easy as well.
All around the transaction went well. Good communication and follow through. Pricing was fair and financing went well.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Morris at Byers Toyota of Delaware was fantastic to work with. He was helpful, professional, and very efficient throughout the entire process. He answered all of our questions clearly, made everything easy to understand, and never made us feel pressured. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend asking for Morris if you’re looking for a great car-buying experience! We were in need of a specific car in a timely fashion and he assisted greatly in making that happen. All of the staff that we interacted with at this dealership were helpful and professional.
I emailed three dealerships(one of which to this day has not emailed me back) and even though the one I bought was a thousand or so $$$ more The one at Byers was cheaper upfront.
