I took my Audi Q6 etron I for a software update. Since. my annual service was coming due, they performed this at the same time. Everyone was exceptionally nice and I received my car back the same day. (Please be aware, however, that when you call to make a service appointment (as opposed to through the app or internet) I believe you will get an AI voice that makes the arrangements. Because I had a specific question about the software update I had to call back and talk to a human.).

All service completed on time, no surprises. Especially liked the video walk thru with the mechanic. Smog completed and certification waiting on the seat. Pricey but worth the convenience
