Phillipe was very responsive and helpful. After talking to him for some time I felt very comfortable buying a car from him. He was always there when I texted him, and any issue which came up was resolved immediately. He went out of his way to accommodate my request to get the shipping earlier. The whole process was completed, and the car delivered in 5 days. This was a Ferrari. I would also like to commend the delivery guy, definitely white glove, great attitude, he sat in Friday traffic between the Bay Area and Sacramen to for hours. I had a great experience with Phillipe Trussell at the Lamborghini Rancho Mirage store. I live about 2 hours away. So, all of our communication was via a phone call or text. Phillipe made the process so easy. First of all, Phillipe recognized me as being a very particular buyer. He must have sent me at least 6 vids of the car. He arranged for his detail team to go over the vehicle more than once. He was very honest and transparent with me, and I appreciated that. We successfully negotiated an agreed price and a fair value for my trade-in. This last Wednesday, I made the trip to the dealership and Phillipe was there to thoroughly demo the car and have me take it on a test drive. The car looked beautiful and the performance blew me away. We finalized the deal and Brian in Finance took care of everything. I highly recommend Phillipe and Lamborghini Rancho Mirage.

This is the first time I worked with Mclaren Rancho Mirage (indigo group) and I am extremely happy with the entire professionals I work with. These included Phillpe Brian, JAIME and Elena. They were all professional, courteous, knowledgeable, respectful, and most of all down to earth people who treated me so well. They structured a deal that was consistent with what I was interested in on a brand new 2025 750 S spider. The benefits included good people to work with, a great deal and I get to work with my local dealership on my new Mclaren. In addition, they gave me a very nice trade-in offer on my 720 spider and very generous cap cost reduction on the lease. I will tell you this, they worked overtime on this and they succeeded. If the rest of the folks at Rancho Mirage Mclaren are anywhere near the caliber of these folks above, and this is definitely one of the best dealerships in the nation. I have owned four Lamborghinis, two Ferraris, three Bentleys, Porsches and number of other exotics, and I say this, from the bottom of my heart, these folks were the easiest and nicest people to work with.
