Cole did a great job keeping me updated and explaining each service that was needed. Car was completed on time with detailed instructions on what service still needs to be completed and when. Excellent customer service!

Well the service representatives are great but I have the feeling Germain is more about selling unneeded parts instead of fixing the car. As an example I pulled into your repair area a few months ago and your report said my car was out of alignment. That was only a month or so after you completed an alignment on the car. I was told to ignore the recommendation?
I loved buying a car from Germain Honda I didn’t have Logan horn I worked with Jim Beatty and he was the best. Not pushy but had good knowledge and I felt like he was working for my best interest. I will buy from Germain again!
I like that they have a shuttle service so you don't have to wait at the dealership - also they kept me updated with progress on my car. Would not trust anyone else with my Honda!
