When I purchased my used 2021 Tahoe there were a few minor dents and scratches.. The used car manager Michael was very sincere and offered to make the corrections on behalf of Naples. He scheduled the appointment and I dropped off the vehicle and he had a car ready for me to take home. The repairs were completed and he drove my car to my house and exchanged the dealer demo I used to get home with. Outstanding customer service!
