More was great, I drove nearly 200 miles to purchase the car, trusting what was told about the car I wanted to purchase and what they committed they'd pay me for my trade. I got there and everything was honored and the transaction was smooth as silk. Overall great experience
The experience with Honda service is always great, but when you add the knowledge and professionalism of the service advisor Ms. Rutledge you have the complete package. She is always friendly and goes above and beyond to make certain that all my concerns are met. Mine was an experience with service stretching into a second visit and Sue made the visit trouble free with updates of progress to make certain all the "t's"were crossed.
