They kept me informed with updates about my vehicle and that's great, but there should be a after hour replacement or standby person it can be in rotation for a loaner car if your vehicle needs to be kept and you need transportation that they can give you something after the loaner ppl are gone at 6pm for me the information they needed it didn't take long for me to get one after hours and I was on my way
