Shyy treated us with respect, very caring and listened to what we wanted. He made the buying process so easy and made us feel important. We were so pleased we went back the next week and bought a second jeep instead of buying the Ford Bronco we had considered purchasing from the dealer down the street. Shyy is now our man!
Other than it being a little chilly in the waiting area, it was very pleasant.
The promptness on resolving the issues with towing the vehicle and correcting the problem on my vehicle is greatly appreciated.
