The service manager, tried to tell me after a 3rd repair attempt on AC that chevy AC units only work at Highway speeds... and that JEEP from 2003 has a better ac system When my turb went out on my 2015 chevy cruze, i was told i do not qualify for a loaner car, and that it was fine and safe to drive around with a broken turbo for 3 days waiting for parts...Was to,d the repair would be an hour, it took over 5 HOURS... Was told to never return to this service center, WHY WOULD I EVER COME BACK, I ONLY WENT THERE BECAUSE MY TURBO FAILED NEAR BY.. MY first time here, I told them about a cable disconnected under my seat... they took the cablr and kept it, come to find out, it was a critical cable that was suppose to be connected inside the engine compartment.... and they thought it would be great to keep the cable, and not install it properly...
