My personal salesperson was terrific! He understood my needs, was personable and not pushy. I really enjoyed him. The closing on the car was mediocre at best. It took over an hour to even greet me and then took 30 more minutes to "get my papers together". I was told the night before that it would be ready to go in the morning and take 45 min tops. Several mistakes were made on the document that had to be corrected (personal info, lender, terms). Was there almost 3 hours just for paperwork. Great salesman, finance department could use some polishing.
Jerry in the service department was wonderful! My car needed a 15 K-mile inspection, and it had a tire pressure issue. Outstanding communication and quick service with tire repair. I will be back for sure!! Thank you!!

Absolutely a terrific dealership. They assisted me in getting a long sought after fully loaded Genesis G80 and gave me a terrific deal on it. There was no outrageous haggling needed. The salesman, Jay Flores, was extremely helpful during the process. We worked out a deal before arriving. Due to that, I was out the door in a fraction of the time it generally takes. I drove 3 hours to the dealership because they had the best deal within a 200 mile radius. And honestly, I would do it again.
In and out service, great experience, very willing to work with you, makes sure your taken care of.
Kanyon was great to work with. He had the car I was looking at pulled up and was well prepared. They accepted a personal check which saved me a trip to the bank. I told the manager that I wasn't buying the warranty, and he didn't pressure me. Everything was super smooth! I got a nice car at a good price.
