Very nice facility, my first visit. Staff were very pleasant, professional, and quite helpful. Mateo Montoya provided useful answers to my questions and was supportive in several ways.

The people here were really friendly. Gabe was our salesman. He was very helpful and very easy to work with. I bought the car without feeling under any pressure. It seems like it took a really long time for the financing to get done. That’s my only concern.

Usually after one of our new cars gets to about five or seven years we start to go to our regular mechanic however the service at Emich for our Volkswagen is so good we keep coming back even as our cars get close to 10 years old.

Emich VW has become the only dealership where I purchase vehicles. The professional and courteous staff always help us through the process and make it a painless and enjoyable experience. Since 2018, we have purchased eight vehicles and every experience has been great. From Nermina and Matt in sales, to their manager, Paul, and Doug in finance, the experience has been far beyond what we could hope for or expect. The experience does not end there, Service is always top notch with Colt and Jered. Overall, my experiences with Emich VW are the best!
