Extremely professional, attention to details by Garrett Graham. Serviced my wife's MGB no one possibly could. Personal touch by Gareth is greatly appreciated. Especially servicing my soon to be ex wife during the night in the house where our children are asleep. During the last service not the soon to be ex wife lol. He had enough "bravery" to call me to collect the funds. What a great job they do at Mercedes benz of lynnwood! I I have been going to Mercedes Of Lynwood for about 10 years. My service rep is Garrett Graham, and he is as good a service rep as I have ever had anywhere. He’s polite, thorough, always addresses any issues I have and it’s a pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend Garrett or Mercedes Of Lynwood any higher than simply great.
Service writer was prompt, pleasant and very helpful with my inquires and concerns. Wait time for scheduled service was adequate for the service needed.
Our experience at MB of Lynnwood was great!!! Josh got us back on the road with excellent customer service!!! We will definitely be back with any other issues with our car!
