Mr Al was my advisor and he was courteous and explained every maintenance issue and actions
Great service, Al got me in and out. The dealership was nice and clean. Everyone was courteous.
Tristan in the service lane was exceptional. Al helped check my vehicle in and he was just so kind, patient, and gentle as I’m not familiar with going to the dealership. I will definitely be coming back.
I came in for an oil change and was charged 127.40 to come home to a BOWDITCH FORD “the works” coupon for 89.95 What can we do to fix this??
The service is great, the people are great every vehicle I've owned came from Bowditch this is the best dealership on the peninsula....
Dealership does good work and I feel comfortable continuing to use them. I do feel as though communication is lacking and this causes inconveniences that didn’t seem to be addressed with any real consideration.
