There is no way the service experience could have been better. It does not get better than perfect.
Professional, knowledgeable and friendly service. They properly diagnose and fix it right the first time and prices are very competitive. I live and Texas and visit family here and plan all my service around visits to Louisiana. Mark Johnston in service is outstanding.
Easy (and quick) to get an appointment; service advisor kept me informed; quickly got my truck back to me. I will definitely use them again!
They did very good work And was very quick.. the employees were very nice and left the vehicle very clean.
I was shocked that they let me look around without being attacked by salespeople. That was a huge plus. My salesperson Pickle was wonderful. Everything was very fast. i will go back to Bill Hood Chevrolet.
