My lease was up on my Mazda cx9 and my husband told me about Honda universe since I was really adamant about the Honda pilot. We went March 7th 2026. I was nervous and excited at the same time, we were greeted by Carlos the car salesman manager then were introduced to Jessica Moreno who then took over. Needless to say she was patient , not aggressive, nor pushy and worked hard to get me where I wanted to be in payments just the overall deal. At the end it all worked out well for me and my husband ! She made us feel comfortable and positive about the purchase and moving forward with it!
