The best sales man of the year! "DAVE PATRICK.The communication was great,Though there was an issue on the tire locks and he straightened it out,like a wizard.There is still a small problem that no one told him or I about,which is the radio player does not work. I am hoping that the dealership will step in and help us out.I cant afford a CD player I am on social security and not working.due to health issues.I also want to thank him for the oil change which compensated the cost of the locks for the tires. Dave is A True Leader,and goes out of his way for his customers.I Thank you, Dave for all you have done.Holly
I had a powertrain fault warning. The receptionist told me that the car could not serviced until sometime in March!!! What's going on with the service center personal??? I've been buying Ford products for the last 50 years never had bad service like this before at other dealers. I feel sorry for the customers, sales personal and receptionists that have to field the many complaints generated by the( SERVICE DEPARTMENT.)!!! :-[
Someone that represents the sales managers contacted me and let me to believe that they would help me out by trying to get out of the car that I’m in into a car that was smaller and less expensive. I was looking for that because I have some health issues and I no longer can afford the car that I am in so all in all I have to say it was a bad experience because they did not offer me anything and back. They wanted to charge me more for used cars in the car that I owe now.
