It was a great experience and fast service, and Roger was And amazing person and I will recommend him not just because he helped me with my car, because he’s an honest person and trustworthy.
Angelo was nothing short of spectacular. He gave me a Christmas gift 8 days after Christmas. He was very kind and,patient. Angelo listened to everything I asked for and then delivered. I appreciate his hard work to get me In and out in less than 2 1/2 hours with my brand new Rav4. I look forward to coming back in a few short months to upgrade my son's car. Having been to multiple Toyota dealerships, I can say, equivocally, that he assured we had the best experience. I absolutely detest the car buying experience, but Pat Lobb & Len were phenomenal. That morning we had hit Toyota of Richardson and Toyota of Plano, both were horrible experiences. Our last ditch was McKinney. We should have hit them first, great experience and great to work with on the price of the car.
