I'm a Volvo nerd, and usually I know way more about Volvos than any salesperson I ever work with. But I finally found someone that was also super knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Alina in new car sales helped me find the exact car to replace my mom's Volvo that had been destroyed in a tornado. Alina made the process so easy and simple, and she really knows her stuff. She was friendly, personable, and made the delivery experience memorable. The Borton facility was truly impressive, and it the purchase experience was 5 stars. That's largely in part because Alina knew how to treat you like you were her only customer, answering any questions and was wonderful at explaining the new technology features of the car. I drove 5 hours to help my mom pick up her new car, and Alina met me at the door. Within an hour we were on our way home. It couldn't have been easier, and I highly recommend talking with Alina in sales if you are considering purchasing a Volvo.
