I had a genuinely enjoyable interaction from the start entering the dealership. Octavius was more than helpful and respectful to both my father and I and even though I had a much lower goal in mind than a new vehicle he still worked with me to get a solid deal on my vehicle. He got me set up with new tires and despite issues with other parts he fought and advocated for me to ensure I was taken care of. If anything Octavius is truly the type of sales rep to make me feel like doing business with Acura.
