Chase was fantastic! Very calm yet fun energy which was great since car shopping can be stressful. He made everything easy and a pleasure. I had tons of questions which he was very diligent about getting me all the answers I needed. He helped me figure out the best deal for our family. Helped me set up the digital aspects of the car and help me learn all the features. Also made sure we knew he was available if we had questions. I’m delighted with my purchase!!!
On Sept. 4th we had set up a date to meet with the folks at Simi Toyota concerning a 2024 Highlander hybrid they had for sale. We were wanting to trade in two of our vehicles towards the Highlander. We were met by Jorge when arriving with Jorge introducing himself and taking our information. After some discussion and negotiation we were introduced to the sales manager Manny who the took over the discussion and eventual consummation of a deal. It was never contentious or high pressured but a fair and pleasant experience. Simi Toyota, family operated was an excellent example of how automotive sales should conducted.
Greet service, they listened to my needs , made me feel welcomed and never rushed me m. Truly a great experience, that’s why I keep coming back. :)

Nothing extra, everything is to the point, I go to this car dealership from Thousand Oaks, where there is also Toyota, but the staff cannot compare with your guys. Good job!
