Very professional and accommodating They assisted and corrected a few issues that I was having without an appointment. The Lead Technician actually came to the service lane and corrected the issues, which made my wife happy
Went to fast lane first was a little lost and the female there had a nasty disposition and I was sent to service and when i arrived she said you need to go next door. I said she sent me here and then she looked it up and came back and said she sent you here because you don't need a bulb you need a replacement. I said I told her light repair. She asked for my key. Service was fast but again dry attitude. I have a 2026 and was not happy I had to ride a week with my back light out as it was but still I was polite . If the sale person had that dry personality like them two I would have never purchased the vehicle. When she called my name she wasn't quite as dry and told me to sign and gave a slight smile.
Excellent service, the only setback was shuttle service, that was a great service for folks to get ride back home or work..
Everything went well! The customer service was great! We had a state inspection performed on the vehicle.
Overall, it was good. I would've liked for my advisor to have checked me out.
