I recently traded in my leased 2023 Infiniti QX60 for a leased 2025 Audi Q3 Premium Plus because I wanted to downsize. Since Infiniti is discontinuing its smaller SUV, I decided to go with Audi. However, I quickly realized I wasn’t satisfied with the 2025 Q3 because it lacked many of the features I had grown accustomed to with my Infiniti. I was genuinely unhappy with the vehicle and concerned that I would be stuck in that lease for the next four years. In addition, I found out just a week later that Audi had completely revamped the Q3 for 2026. The difference between the 2025 and 2026 models is like night and day. I reached out to the General Manager at Audi Silver Spring, Michael DiGiovanni, and explained my concerns. He was incredibly sympathetic, compassionate, and truly committed to making things right. He went above and beyond to get me into the 2026 Audi Q3. I did have to pay a little more, but it was absolutely worth it. I now absolutely love my car, and it’s all because of a GM who genuinely prioritizes customer satisfaction. If Michael didn’t truly care about his customers, I would have been stuck unhappy in my previous lease situation. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle purchase or lease, I highly recommend Audi Silver Spring, located at 3151 Automobile Boulevard in Silver Spring, MD. The day I picked up my 2026 Q3, Ed had a personal emergency and wasn’t at the dealership. Since my schedule prevented me from returning for about two weeks, he actually took the time to come to my home personally and walk me through all of the vehicle’s features. That level of dedication and customer care is rare these days, and it truly meant a lot to me. Easiest and the best car buying experience I've ever had. Atanis (salesman),Mike (manager) and Tim (finance) were all extremely courteous, professional and respectful. I called in advance to see if a car on their website was still available and then went in for a test drive. They sensed I knew what I wanted and that I liked the car after I drove it and they didn't waste my time trying to show me other cars or upsell me, which I genuinely appreciated. I was in and out, (including the test drive), with the paperwork completed and .signed to prep and pickup the car the next day in less than 3 hours. Record time compared to my previous car buying experiences due to the great sales team that I had the privilege of working with.
