First of all, if I could give 10 stars, I would. I have been bringing my older Subaru Forester to Herb Gordon for service the last 5 years or so. 100% satisfied, and knew that when it was time to buy a new one, I would come here instead of the previous dealer where I bought my Forester. July 4th I made an appointment to meet with Mo (Muhammed Zeidan) to test drive a 2025 Forester, Outback, and Crosstrek. All were fabulous, and I opted for the Crosstrek. Mo was very helpful, knowledgeable, and a real pleasure to work with. My choice of color wasn't in stock, but there was one at another dealership - Mo arranged for it to be transferred to Silver Spring the next morning. July 5th I arrived to make my final approval, arranged financing, and drive off with my wonderful new car. Shawn in Finance was great to work with. I appreciated his thoroughness and he was very cordial. At no time did I feel pressured or taken advantage of. All my questions were answered. All my concerns were addressed with care and kindness. This is by far the best car-buying experience of my very long life. I've already mentioned that I am familiar with their service department, and will continue to enjoy the best care for my new car. From start to finish, everything about this transaction was a very satisfying experience.

Had to drop off my car since it was barely moving. Told Bethany my issue and she did the intake even though my scheduled appointment was still 2 days away. I was updated timely of any news with the repair and she was very responsive to all my texts messages. She left voicemails when I wasn't able to answer her calls and overall communication was excellent. This is my second major repair with the dealer and both instances went smoothly. Would recommend working with Bethany for her attentiveness and A+ communications. You will never feel in the dark with the status of your repair or if you have any questions.
The staff is well trained to be helpful and professional. They are also thorough and helpful with multiple options in dealing with mechanical problems found. They truly demonstrate excellence in every aspect of car care, customer service and expectations.
Joe is extremely nice and the experience was great! The dealership was relaxed and no pressure. We were in and out in a few hours with a new car.
