I got my new jeep Wrangler as a lease and I worked with a gentleman named Blake. It was such a pleasure they worked with me and I cannot say enough of how well of working together it was they made it very simple for me and I thank them they are the best. I would give them a try before you go anywhere else..
I drove about 40mi to the Sudbay Jeep dealership because they had the Grand Cherokee L I was looking for. They confirmed they still had it available and had the Jeep out front to test drive when I arrived. From start to finish the staff were great to me very kind and efficient. They made the process of trading my old Jeep and leasing the new Grand Cherokee L hassle free. They were even able to deliver my new Jeep to my home in Quincy and take my old one back with them next business day. I’ve purchased or leased 5 vehicles in my 19 years of driving and this was by far the most enjoyable and easy experience I’ve had at a dealership.

I was looking a leasing a Jeep Wrangler and was working with Blake. At first Blake was very responsive and had no issues getting info on the Jeep I was looking at. The Jeep itself was in transit and I was told that the prices of all their Jeep wranglers were $1500 over sticker. They wouldn’t negotiate and don’t take any Chrysler affiliate discounts. I was told this was all due to inventory shortage and the prices were actually going up the next day by $4000 to match other dealers in the area. I had given a deposit to secure the Jeep I wanted while I called around. Well that’s where things got interesting. I talked to a few dealers in the area and one more local to me. None of them were doing $4000 mark ups but they were all pretty firm on sticker price given the shortages. The local dealer said they would do affiliate pricing and so I decided to go with them since it would save me thousands over Sudbury. During my search I had left Blake a few voicemails but never got any call backs. Whenever I called it would go to voicemail. After the Jeep arrived Blake called me to tell me but I told him I was now going elsewhere. I was offered a refund on my deposit but never got one. I called several times over multiple days and even left a voicemail for the service manager Tim. Never heard back from anyone so I opened a dispute with my credit card company. 2 weeks later Sudbury finally refunds me but still nobody has contacted me with a receipt. This dealership is very shady and uses very aggressive sales tactics to get you to buy their vehicles immediately. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone and would gladly recommend anyone else that doesn’t try to pull a fast one on potential customers just to make a sale. Also, I have never experienced such poor communication from any dealer. Awful
Staff is excellent. My service appointment was on time and the staff was very accommodating. Plus they did a great job on my car! I would definitely recommend having your car serviced there.
I leased my first car at 60 years old. Brandon walked me through the whole process. Highly recommend both the dealership and hope you deal with Brandon. It was a no stress transaction and I could not be happier. Thank you Brandon and the whole team
