Terrible people in service. Over priced. Couldnt wait to turn vehicle in. Bad dealer. All around.
caveat emptor - will deceive - will take any advantage of you they can find - sales prep team could not miss accident damage but covered it well and used carfax to say no damage. watch out.
I can not say enough positive things about this dealership! :) on a friday evening, we discussed purchasing a new vehicle. by saturday evening, we drove home in a brand new volvo! it was such a pleasant and quick experience, we decided in trade our other car. by monday evening, we were on our way home in a brand new subaru! Marcus & Matt G. were absolutely fantastic ... professional, attentive and just all around awesome! thank you so much for everything!
I lived in Wilmington, NC for 10 years, and my family always used Parkway Volvo for all our repairs. The staff is always friendly and does a great job. Thanks Parkway, we will miss you!
