Great service!! My advisor Illiass, was extremely knowledgeable ,courteous, and professional…. Beth at the service desk was also very helpful and polite. Car wash was excellent also.
Jonathan was attentive, provided the specific models for test drives and saw us through the relatively complex purchasing process with a minimum of inconveniences. I was pleasantly surprised to have permanent MD tags installed on the vehicle on the day we purchased it, eliminating the sometimes frustration of dealing with the MD MVA.
Brandon made sure everything was taken care of and was extremely professional. It was a seamless experience.

Service from beginning to end was superior. Gordon was excellent, very patient with two seniors going through the purchase process of a hi-tech automobile. Austin and Christian, the two tech employees, were also very knowledgeable and patient. The young lady doing the paperwork was very pleasant and efficient. This was the best experience we have had in purchasing a car, new or previously owned.
