Walked in to Walters on Saturday 11/25 to purchase my leased 2015 GLK 2015. Robert connected with my husband and I super professional and presented a well Benz representative. I wanted to say he did not even to pressure us to trade our car with another one because that what we did not want to do. Everyone is afraid of going to dealers and getting pressured but Robert He absolutely did an a WOW job and went above and beyond. I just want to say. that Walters and even Mercedes Benz should be HONORD and proud to have an employee such as Robert working for them. I bought a 2010 challenger 25k they took 7 months to "fix it" lmao they wouldn't even fix the keyless system it's on the due bill they tried to spy me off 500.00 and refund the overly expensive service contract ! And I do not have the reaming amount ! They lie they won't ever do what they say I have it all in writing ! And it's a joke as son as they pay me back for the damage they've done the 2000.00 I knew I would never get ! I'll revise this but do not trust them and when it's in writing they don't do it ! And they say oh we went over and above ? Ha ! They never even did the commentary oil change oh please ! Don't even comment ED!!!
