We came to the dealership knowing what we wanted to test drive and Cole had it ready for us when we arrived. During the test drive the dealership did my trade in appraisal and the entire process moved quickly and seamlessly! We were never shuffled off to another rep. We never dealt with anyone else besides Cole from start to finish. He is funny and kind and easy to talk with. We had not purchased a new vehicle for 10 years and we feel so fortunate to have found Cole at Wilsonville Toyota. Thanks for everything!

Cole is awesome! He listened, got me exactly what I was looking for, and had great communication throughout. There were no surprises and I couldn't be happier with how the transaction went. Would gladly buy from Cole again (but it's a Toyota, so I won't be in the market for quite a while!).
Victoria was easy to work with. She responded quickly to our follow questions when the car we were interested in was not on site. We left purchasing a vehicle from another dealer. However, we did not get that car as it turned out it was unavailable. She did some hunting and found a slightly different model. There was one small problem. When we got home the paperwork reflected the car we were not able to secure.That was kind of a pain and not her fault but she did end up getting us corrected paperwork.
