The Lexus service drive team is the best! They all made me feel valued as a guest!

first, they said that they want to sell the car locally, made me wait on the the line and made me feel that i was bothering them. then after a 10 minute hold, they said that car was sold without further details given. i was ready to buy... why bother advertising on a national site?

Kristi was absolutely wonderful. We had a terrible experience at another dealer with a different vehicle the same day, and Kristi was a breath of fresh air. She asked about our experience, listened to our needs, and gave us an easy solution within our budget constraints. I’ve bought several cars over the years and never had such a wonderful experience. My family will definitely be visiting her with our future vehicle needs.

Horrible! Used car sales manager I thinks he’s better than the customers. They also have a salesman named Steve that is a totally rude individual. I will NEVER buy anything from them.
