Everyone was extremely helpful to me in getting the vehicle i wanted so I was very happy.

After 20 years of driving the same truck came time to buy something new biggest reason I kept it so long was because I didn’t want to deal with a car sales men or sit for 8 hrs trying to purchase one from a dealership … so I did my research and found a truck I liked at Dayton Toyota on rt 130 in south Brunswick as I walk in I was meet with a smile Jeffery Marcus great guy made me feel totally comfortable didn’t try selling me a car he really wanted me to love a car or he didn’t even want to sell it to me …. Well I did love the truck a 2025 Toyota tundra so now’s the long wait to purchase it …….. nope I was soooo wrong Jeffery made this process so simple when he handed me off to Micheal the finance guy he as well made everything so quick and easy Paul I’m guessing is the head boss because he helped bring the price down of the vehicle and made me a great deal I couldn’t pass up !!!! All in all what I thought was going to be an all day process took only a matter of hours and I was on my way home in my new truck !!!!! I was very happy with all the service and sales staff. Our Salesman Chris Foster was great and accomodating for our needs. We needed some options that didnt come with our Highlander and he had the service department add them. We driving the car the same day. We talked with alot of the friendly staff and felt at home. We were not rushed or pressured. We got a great deal. Chris helped us learning all the options and screens. He entrred our phones info for android auto and carplay. The support didnt end there. I called and had questions days later and got immediate answers. They took care of the DMV paperwork. The Service department shuttled me back and forth when i had my options installed. I lost no time getting this done and the shuttle was very punctual.

I have been a long time customer of Dayton Toyota Sales and Service. I recently took my GR86 in for an oil change and tire rotation. During the service, the tech discovered the oil service place I went to previously stripped the drain plug threads in the oil pan. Not Dayton Toyota’s fault, and the repair is appropriately on me to pay. As this car has a Subaru engine, oil pan is complex and labor intensive to replace. They were so understanding and compassionate about my need to replace the oil pan at my own cost and my unexpected loss of access to a daily driving vehicle, they gave me a loaner car for as long as I needed it. Peter Spano, my service advisor, went above and beyond. He kept me informed, took pictures and wrote up details of damage for me to seek reimbursement from prior oil change facility who did the damage. Tom Kozak, the Service Manager, supported Peter in anything he asked for to help me. They are an amazing team and treated me with grace and dignity. Peter went on vacation before my car repair was finished. He completely transitioned all the details to another service advisor, Steve, who continued the excellent service and finished the process, delivered my car back to me fully functional, and even did some work on my Camry previously scheduled with Peter. Long story. I share details because I had a great service experience as I always have had in the past. Highly recommend Tom, Peter, and Steve at Dayton Toyota for your service needs.

We recently purchased a 2025 Toyota Rav4 from Dayton Toyota. Chris and the rest of the team were responsive and professional throughout the process. We've bought several cars from Dayton Toyota over the years and have been very happy with the sales and service teams as well as the vehicles themselves.

Recently, my wife and I coordinated with Brian Hyneman on the purchase of a used Rav4 . This experience was a success in being able to obtain the car with minimal stress. It was a pleasant experience because Brian established a rapport with us such that within minutes, my wife and I felt that we could trust Brian with the facts and data that he provided to us.
