Hector got the car in earlier than expected, explained the issue clearly and provided options for repair
We were very impressed with the extremely low pressure experience we had. We were trying to decide if we should lease or buy, and Mark explained our options and pointed out the differences to us. We asked many questions and were very pleased with his patience and knowledge. We will be bringing our daughter in soon to work with Mark.
