the service department up sells , went in to have tires rotated got a call that the lug nuts where rounded and there the only one s to rotate and mount the wheels on our vehicle cost me extra 90.00$ for new lug nuts that they had destroyed i have bought 7 vehicles from them in the last 20 years , Never Again !
Rob in the service department was outstanding! We have previously dealt with a Portland Ford dealership and was given subpar service. We had lost all faith in dealership service departments until we came to Stayton Ford. If you want to be treated right, with the best service in your life, please go to Stayton Ford.
Now that Hilyers has taken over Stayton Ford I am very pleased with the honesty, professionalism and job well done ! I was given a nice loner car, and my truck was washed when I picked it up :) I can give them a great rating and will be bringing in my 5.0 mustang for service soon. Thanks Daryl Peters
I would never do business with this operation. BUYER BE WARE OF HILLYERS FORD. I AM A VICTIM OF CONSUMER FRUAD I PAID $46,000.00 FOR A TRUCK THAT ENDS UP HAVING NO MANUFACTURER WARRANTY. THEY WILL NOT TAKE THERE OWN PRODUCT BACK ON TRADE AS THEY MADE MODIFICATIONS TO THE TRUCK THAT ALTERED THE ODOMETER AND SPEED OMETER AND ITS WORTHLESS. THEY THEN STATED OTHERWISE COMMITING ODOMETER FRAUD CONSUMER FRUAD AND WHEN WE HAD THE TRUCK INSPECTED IT CONTAINED PARTS THAT DID NOT MATCH THAT MAKE AND MODEL OR VIN NUMBER. THEY PROVIDED AFTERMARKET KEY FOBS FOR A 2016 1 OWNER TRUCK THAT WAS NOT TO BE SOLD OR REGISTERED IN THE US. YET WAS AT A WHOLESALE DEALERS ONLY AUTO AUCTION. THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG HERE. I stopped by a few days ago to check out the new Ford Escape and was greeted by Patrick. Even though he said he was color blind, he seemed too inexperienced to remember what colors this particular vehicle comes in, calling the electric yellow (gold?) paint "pumpkin orange" or something similar. On top of that, he seemed to show little interest in receiving my business as he didn't think to open the door so I could look inside, nor ask me if I wanted to test drive it. I told him that I would be back later, but ended up taking my business to Skyline Ford instead. To his superiors, I'm sorry you guys missed an opportunity to seal a deal due to an inexperienced and disinterested salesman. To potential buyers, go to Skyline in Salem, they will treat you right. I might stop by someday for repairs or something similar, but you guys lost me as a car buyer.
Went in for an oil change only ($85.00). Bill was $100.00. They unlocked our locking gas cover and topped off our exhaust tank without consulting us. They also gave us an inaccurate indication on the condition of our front brakes (marked on report card that brake measurement wasn't taken but then told us that they needed attention). Also an inaccurate measurement on batteries. This prompted us to get a second opinion on both on the same day. Second opinion told us that brakes were like new and batteries were fine.
