What Others Say

Steer clear of Gurley Leep. They don't care about their customers after the sale. My parents had this same experience some years back. I worked with Ken Klein while purchasing my Nissan, and I was initially happy with my experience. Only after my purchase, did I find more scratches on each side of the car, which had been hidden, because the car was filthy and covered in salt. If someone is test driving a car, it needs to be clean!!! The man who helped me sign all of the paperwork said that my title would be sent in the mail. I waited patiently until the temporary plate was closer to expiring, and called Ken. He told me to check with the BMV, because it would be transferred to them. The BMV hadn't received it and Ken said he would look into it, and personally call me back. Days went by and I'd heard nothing, so I called Ken again. He asked if I'd gotten his text, which I had not. It turns out that he had the wrong contact number for me. I was very upset that he didn't follow through and call me, as he said he would. I had to call approximately 5-6 times to follow up about not having received the title for the car that I had paid for, in full, at the time of purchase. This is completely unacceptable. I followed up with the sales manager, Connor, because the BMV charged me a late registration fee, because my temporary plate had expired. Three or four days later, and I haven't received a call from Connor about being reimbursed for that fee that I received because of Gurley Leep's tardiness. I purchased my car in early December and have yet to receive my title. Hopefully this review will keep someone else from making the big mistake of purchasing here.

They were responsive to my request. They reached back out to me in a reasonable time frame with answers to my questions

The customer service is excellent and I always have a great experience every time I take my car in for service

This place is a complete joke! Took my car in they told me that it was the throttle body tried to charge me $1,800 I went and bought a throttle body for $200 put it on took it back the next day then they couldn't figure out what was wrong with my car after they already charged me $25 to tell me it was the throttle body they refuse to refund my $205 and still can't tell me what is wrong with my car tried to charge me another $1,600 to change out of the computer ECM

Mike was great! Walked me through all the options available to me and put me in the perfect fit for what I needed. Loving my new Pathfinder, thanks Mike!

Mike has been in contact with me for years. I had a 2013 Nissan LEAF and was in search of a newer model that I could afford with the larger barely for increased range. Happened to stop by to say hello while charging the 2013. He told me they had a 2021. He worked to get us approved at rate we wanted. Thanks, Mike
