I find the service at Colnial to be great. They try to get you in and out quickly, and make the service experience as painless as possible. Dealership prices are high, but it gets done right with GM parts. Thanks!

Shawn Andrews is a very capable , quality detailed employee. He has been in the Sales department for years. I am sure any customer would be grateful to have Shawn Help them. That’s why I would only go to Colonial for all my needs
I purchased my 2018 Silverado back in 2023. Parish was extremely informative through the process and recommended purchasing an extended warranty for my vehicle. Fast forward to February 2026, my vehicles starter went and left me stranded. I called Colonial and spoke with Mike and he said they would get me right in! The service was impeccable! Not only did they replace my starter, they were attentive to other concerns I had with my vehicle and even in the interim provided me with courtesy Chevy Blazer. They took care of everything, and after all said and done, I paid only a deductible of $100 for over $3000 worth of parts and labor. I cannot say enough good things about my experience here at Colonial. I live 45 minutes away in NH and wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else. Highly recommended!!! Thank you Parish, Mike and rest of the Colonial team for the awesome service!!!!
