What Others Say

This dealer had a couple used vehicles that were comparable to another I found and liked at a different dealership. The salesman created an appointment for me that I didn't ask for. Then when I was able to stop by earlier and texted ahead of time that I was on my way, I was left in the dealership for 20 minutes without him seeing me after he was informed that I was there. On the phone with him a couple days later, he was trying to convince me that some remaining factory warranty on the used vehicles was only available if the vehicle was Certified Pre-Owned. Theirs were CPO and the other one at the other dealership was not. He was making some effort to come close to the deal I was getting through the other dealership, but was dishonest and pushy. I bought the vehicle from the other dealership.

I called the service department twice and left a voice message. After 2 hours with no return call I drove down to get a price on a replacement fob. They printed a quote for $219 plus programing. I had it done (took the tech 20 min.). I went to pay the bill and the service writer said it was $490. You mean to tell me programming cost $270? Next someone asks for a quote, give them an out the door quote. What a scam! Never again will I do business with these scamers.

Had a great experience at this dealer. Casual no pressure car shopping. Informative sales staff. Ben and Steve were great.

Incompetent or Misleading? Inquired about a specific vehicle and was contacted almost immediately by Helene over text. Being that we live almost two hours away, I secured a 4:30pm appointment and confirmed multiple times (the last text exchange from our car at 3pm) that the specific vehicle I initially inquired about was in fact available and that we were prepared to have our trade in vehicle appraised. Helene confirmed and said to “Come on in!” We drove a long distance only to find out within minutes of walking in the door that it had been sold that MORNING. What a Waste. Of. Time. But it gets better….when we asked to speak to the manager, he told us so matter of factly “well the vehicle IS technically still here if you want to look at it”. Are you joking? Shame on this dealership for being so misleading. Trying to lure us in to make another sale? Who knows. But what I do know is that your customers deserve way better than this. We will NEVER return here or recommend this dealership to anyone.

Very dishonest. I spoke many times to a salesman, and we agreed on an exact truck for an exact agreed upon price. Then he called me and said the price would be thousands higher! Stay away from this lying, dishonest dealership!!

If I could leave a zero, I would. They continually list very low online pricing but when you go to the dealer or ask for the quote in writing the price goes up THOUSANDS of dollars. They keep saying it is an error, but it obviously is not if it happens over and over again. There are plenty of honest dealers out there, this does not seem like one them.
