for this service date Jan 10th, I had prompt service and Quindell was very kind, professional and respectful
Quindell was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He kept me informed and even though the part needed wasn't available he took care of me and will arrange to get the part needed.
Every happy with the service I received the service was very polite and helpful and understanding
Quindell H. was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my visit. Would work with him again. Service was done quickly within the time given, and they offered free sodas in the waiting area (which I thought was a nice perk for customers).
Hadeel was very helpful and kind. She made sure I was informed on all necessary repairs and made sure I had a print out of the best deals for what I needed.
Took our 2020 Passport in for usual maintenance, and a static issue. Terrell listened to my concerns about my vehicle, and wrote it up on the work order. I called back several hours later with a minor issue, and it was taken care of when I pick up the vehicle. Everything was explained to me, and in a way I could understand. I always feel welcomed, and my husband feels confident enough to send me there and let me handle the situation knowing were getting the best service possible. Everyone is very respectful and courtesy in the service department.
