Taylor was true professional; highest recommendation possible. I needed a new car and he held my hand and walked me through the options and pricing. Never once did I feel pressured as he listened to my needs and concerns, and he followed up with me out of genuine concern. Buying a new car from Taylor was not stressful, it was, dare I say it, fun? Juan Guzman was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. His guidance really made the process easy and enjoyable. The same can be said for the rest of the staff. Mark and Dan were also extremely pleasant to work with. I highly recommend!
The sales process was very good. Steve Redlinger (aka Red) was great to work with. He was very helpful and informed me of the vehicle's status from production to delivery. He was even able to have one the accessories deleted while the vehicle was in production. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase vehicle or dealer ad-ons. I would certainly recommend Red and Maplewood Toyota to anyone in the market for a vehicle.
