Kind, courteous, and professional in their approach to initial contact with customer. My sale person ,Lucas, was friendly and helpful in our search for ideal vehicle.
The only thing I do not care for is added fees after we have discussed a price. My 30000 mile tune up was due, I made sure I knew the price going in. spoke to the service department before my visit on the phone. when I got to my appointment, and still they sent me a bill for 200 dollars more than quoted. They did waive the fees and took all the optional add ons off, but it is a hassle.
We have purchased 12 cars from Allen Turner, five in the past year. Every car has been great and the purchase process was fair, smooth and without high pressure nonsense.
This is my second Sonata from Allen Turner.Each purchase has been smooth, fair and with fair pricing.
They are all very nice polite and courteous and very caring and compassionate about your needs atnd concerns my experience was awesome
