Staff is always very friendly. I was there waiting for 3 hours, with no update until 2 hours in. There was no coffee available, but other than that, it was ok

I had an appointment for an oil change at 11AM. The job was completed at 1:10PM I feel 3 hours for an oil change is excessive. Everyone had excellent customer service
