Curtis really went above and beyond with my car maintenance recommendations - he took the time to explain options clearly, provided a rationale for the recommendations so I was aware of what was immediately necessary and what could wait, and was upfront about the cost and time of the services. I really appreciated that he was never pushy and respected my decisions. We have been taking our cars for service at Imperial Toyota on a regular bases and are always treated with curtesy and respect. I feel as if we are getting a fair assessment of work that may or may not need to be done and why. To date we have been happy with the work done to keep our cars going for many year.
