Sean Bowen is always friendly and professional and is a great asset to the dealership. Service is always quick, thorough, and friendly provided by knowledgeable service advisors. No one tries to upsell me something I wasn't planning to buy.
From the moment I decided to purchase a car from Westbrook Honda, my phone started ringing with dedicated, enthusiastic and pleasant sales people calling to start my process. It was a few minutes over the phone, a few things to docusign and a call to my insurance agency and then my car was delivered to my home and my old lease picked up. I have been working with Sean Bowen for a number of years now having bought a number of CRVs and Ridgelines. It is very easy to work with Sean, he always makes it a priority to say hi when I come for service, and I value the relationship we have. While I can do to a closer Honda dealer, I choose to maintain my business and service with Westbrook because of Sean and your service team.
From when I first called to see if Westbrook Honda had a Honda CRV Hybrid that I could test drive, everyone at the dealership treated me as being very important. In other dealerships I felt more like cattle. The manager and salesman were very honest with me. The service department is excellent.
As a walk-in first time customer, I was greeted, served promptly and efficiently by my excellent service advisor, and found the experience exceptional. I will return for my next scheduled service appointment.
Everything went smoothly and I had a great experience. I was able to get the car I wanted at a price I could afford. I dealt with Emily Konrad, she was knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had.
