Omar Rodriguez did a great job from the time he won the auction for Crown Eurocars to the time I was paid. He calked me immediately after the auction and he was responsive through the process by email, phone and text. We had to revise the payment process because Caramel was so slow and cumbersome, so I had to trust that he would wire funds right after the car was picked up for transfer, and it happened without a problem the next morning. I would highly recommend working with him! Ed S

My experience was outstanding at the dealership. My salesperson, Anders was extremely knowledgeable about the cars. He answered my questions, and I never felt pressured. I did buy a car and the process, quicker than most, was a good experience. Everyone I spoke with, Marc in Finance, was very smooth and quick. The car has a lot of electronics and is very technical, but I had Tony to help me through every step. I actually called Tony several times asking him questions and he was always very professional, willing to help, and truly concerned about my issues. I also had to work with service and that was again a very smooth process, Patrick was very helpful and took care of everything. Every issue, question, or concern was fully addressed by this dealership. I have shopped at many dealerships over the years, and this is by far the best one I have ever dealt with. They have a huge inventory, and the people are top notch. They have earned by business; I will definitely shop here again!!!
Bought my Mercedes-Benz CLA 35 here and had an awesome experience. The team was super helpful and even stayed after closing since I was coming from out of state. Car was exactly as described and the whole process was smooth. Definitely recommend.
Crown was a pleasant experience from waking in through the door to the last signature. Pleasant and realistic negotiation. Clean cars that represent their reputation. Omar the internet sales manager was easy to work with and very knowledgeable, an honest. I’m glad I stopped in.
