What Others Say

None of them have no knowledge of what they are selling. They will do anything to sell a vehicle. They do have some good vehicles but getting a carfax out of them is hard. Their prices are a little high but they will deal. They will not give a good trade in value on your trades.

I've been to 3 different dealers today and these people were, by far, the most unprofessional and slimey people I dealt with. I expect a certain amount of "used car saleseman" but after asking for a price on a vehicle 4 times and never getting an answer I was quite amazed. The closest was "Its under 20000". NOTE: I had checked the website already and it was listed at 13995. Of course, I understand their need/want to capture information and get people into the office; however, after providing general contact information I was asked for my SSN. Yes, My SSN to get the price of a vehicle. I asked the guy if he was high and was told it was for identity verification...what exactly is identity verficiation? Did he mean identity theft? I will never in my life deal with these fools again and strongly recommend that all others stay far far away. I personally will be going private seller for this next vehicle.

I went and bought a car at a great price when we went in to the financing room to sign all of the papers, they added $1000 extra fees in stupid things i didnt want for the xxxx car. Like an engraving in the window for $300 and $600 for a stupid protective coat that they said they put on the car which isnt even on there!!!! Were going to get them back for this! Its rediculous that car sales men can be such snakes! especially the way the economy is! Other then that the sales men were friendly until the point were my dad freaked out about the extra charges, they wouldnt feel the gas tank up ($19) let alone wash the car (which was extremly dirty.) The check engine light was on when we purchased it, they said they will fix it, but who knows if that will happen.

My son went in to buy a new car, he was definately careless, but he got screwed. They sold him a $24,000 car on his $8.00 hr pay. They said they could get his payment at $400.00 Then it went up to over 600.00 My wife went in the very next morning to see about getting him out of the deal they refused, but said he could get a different car. He found a $15,000 car they said they could get him a loan at $360.00 then they called the next day and said they could only get him approved at 24% at over $600.00. A bunch of crooks. Do not buy a car from them!!!

The price they quoted was never given. They slipped in a clause that if our financing fell through that they would require us to finance the loan through them at 29%. They slipped in over $1000 of fees and charges that were hid in the contract and never explained. When ask about them the reply from Cory Crapes was that they had just maid ove $7000 and that he could care less how it made him or the dealership look. He made it clear that they were more interested in making a few extra dollars that to make a customer happy. This dealership, as well as Cory Crapes, give the worst, most dishonest, evil, satan worshiping dealership a bad name. In the words of Winston Churchill, Never Never Never buy a car from these crooks.
