My X5 was 1-year old. Very Nice establishment. Variety of Vehicles. Took care of a BlueTooth (lack of) connection in a timely manner (a part was needed). Staff are great. Coffee is great! I normally just pay for price, tax, registration, & DMV. I opted for an extension warranty because these vehicles are expensive. I do not think I will use (5% chance to use, 95% wasted money). Warranty added 2-years AFTER BMW warranty. So why cutting 2-Stars? When you are in the Finance room, dozens of papers to sign (mostly disclosures to comply with laws AND protecting the dealer), We rely on the person telling us “this paper is to say buying as is, this paper is to say no financing, etc..). If I am to read all the fine print (which I did after going home —too late), the next person will wait 2-hours more! In my case: I specifically asked that the car had no accidents! Answer was No (verbal) and was directed to the clean CarFax report, which I read. But on the 41st page, I signed on a paper that says (disclosure) that the Vehicle had “Right Rear Door & Wheel’s molding have been repaired & painted”!! How bad was the damage? I have no pictures. I would have backed away from the purchase or negotiated a price drop! Something.. Finally: “certified” vehicle (from BMW I mean) is useless in my opinion, instead of listing the dozens of dozens of items not covered, it would be easier to list what IS actually covered.
