Fred Beans VW is the perfect example of why people hate going to dealerships. What a rip off! $433 for a simple Jetta battery replacement. $135 in labor? $296 for the battery? No credit for the battery core AND they charged $22 to dispose of the battery. Hold on to your wallet if you get service here. BUYER BEWARE.

Don't buy a used car hear. They sell absolute garbage and treat you like an idiot when you call them out on it. Purchased on 1/5/23, and its been in for 3 major repairs since. I've already spent $1500in 3 months. I will never buy another vehicle for any Beans dealership.

My convertible top was stuck and I had problem retracting it, turns out that it was not maintained well and was working fine. I entered anticipating a huge bill, but the technician, I forgot the gentlemen's name, was honest and told me everything worked fine and gave me tips to maintain it so I won't have future problems. I truly appreciate the honesty! God bless.

Once I arrived she answered all of my questions and was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle.and other concerns I had.
