I had purchased a truck just about a month ago, and there were issues with the vehicle. The salesmen Devin Newton responded to my questions and was able to remedy the situation immediately. As a business owner myself, I tell my team that customer service is easy when everything is perfect, but great companies and leaders shine when things are not perfect. Devin, Ely and Jimmy took a possible negative situation and made it a positive one for everyone.
