It was a seamless experience. Caleb went above and beyond, communicated with me throughout the entire process and ensured I was happy, educated about my new vehicle and completely satisfied from beginning to end.
Ty took excellent care of me and kept me updated on the repair progress as it was happening. He let me know what they found in the investigation of the problem and let me know along the way where we were in the process.
The whole deal went great salesman financing, and the vehicle is exceptionally wonderful definitely will be a return customer

We've bought our last two cars at Paradise Chevrolet with the outstanding help of Mike Paralta. We had our previous car, 2018 Mailbu, serviced exclusively by Paradise Chevrolet. Always had a great experience with all the employees we encountered in the sales and service department. In 2018 we experienced an accident on the 210 freeway which totaled our 2017 Chevy Malibu. It was a stressful experience which was made much better by the help we received from Mike Paralta and Mallory Mayer at Paradise Chevrolet.
