Don't expect good service after you leave with your vehicle. Once you walk out the door they will never return your calls. If you are lucky you will get a hold of Gene Lopez the manager who will finally address your problem. After leaving several messages over several days for them to email my documents he got it done immediately. Now I await my license plates. Called today and I was assured someone would call me back shortly.....no call back. My temporary plates expire in 2 days. I wonder if they will pay any tickets I may receive for an expired registration? They certainly charge a lot for this service and should get it done in a timely manner. It shouldn't be this difficult to get answers.
