I had 2 codes come up on my traverse that I got from o Riley auto diagnostics machine.for free. It came up as a transmission sensor is what it said . So I brought my car into to the service department they had it all day. Called me at the end of the day saying they are not sure what’s wrong with it but they suggest that I let them tear down my whole transmission for 2400 dollars. They charged me 200 dollars for a diagnostics test and obviously they had to have seen the 2 codes but still told me they didn’t know what was wrong . Which really confused me as they did a diagnostic and had to have seen the codes.I told them I was not gonna do that and I will pick it up. I took it to another shop and they only had it in for 2 hours and they called me to tell me the transmission sensor had to be replaced. which is not in the transmission. And is a 1000 dollar fix. So basically they lied to me and was trying to rip me off. And basically took 200 dollars from me for nothing. I will never ever take my car there for any repairs. Everything about them is shady and bunch of thieves taking advantage of people .
